Please note that digital licenses can only be refunded in case of malfunction. We cannot accept returns of activated licenses. To request a refund, you must contact us via email at info@licensesok.com within 30 days of purchase, providing the order number and license key number.

If you report a defective product, we will diagnose the issue and provide troubleshooting steps within 24 hours.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer either a replacement product or a full refund. Our promise is that if you contact us for technical assistance and we are unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a full refund. Processing the refund takes 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that all licenses sold by Licensesok.com are valid for one PC only and cannot be transferred to another PC. Further details regarding compatibility will be provided in the product description.

Software compatibility is the customer’s responsibility, as we only sell licenses. All software is provided by the relevant brand and is copyrighted, so no refunds will be issued for software compatibility issues.

Defective license keys will be replaced or refunded based on the customer's preference.

Licensesok is not responsible for any local computer issues that may prevent the proper functioning of any software.

All products sold by Licensesok include a 1-year warranty for reinstallations and PC resets, as well as free support via chat/email.

To deliver products immediately, as we do, we require explicit consent. This means we will not hold the goods for the 30-day cooling-off period. Please note that the consumer will lose the right to revoke the contract after providing explicit consent to begin the supply of digital content. That being said, this is a legal requirement, and our only concern is your satisfaction; therefore, we will support every order without imposing cancellation due to this point.
