Purchased digital licenses can only be refunded in case of malfunction. However, refunds or returns are not available for licenses that have already been activated. To request a refund, you must contact us via email at info@licensesok.com within 30 days of purchase, providing your order number and the license key code.

If you encounter a malfunction with the product, we will perform a diagnosis within 24 hours and provide troubleshooting steps. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will offer a replacement product or a full refund.

Our guarantee is simple: if you contact us with a technical issue that we cannot resolve, you will receive a full refund. Refund processing typically takes between 5 to 10 business days.

General Conditions:

  • All licenses sold by Licenses Ok are valid for a single PC and cannot be transferred to other devices.
  • Software compatibility is the responsibility of the customer, as we only provide the licenses. All software is produced by Microsoft and is subject to copyright; therefore, no refunds will be issued for compatibility issues.
  • Defective license keys may be replaced or refunded, based on the customer’s choice. Defects will be verified through Microsoft PID Checker.

Licenses Ok is not responsible for local computer issues that may affect the proper functioning of the software.

Warranty and Support:

All products sold by Licenses Ok include a 1-year warranty for PC reinstallation or reset cases. We also provide free assistance via chat or email.

Right of Withdrawal:

To ensure the immediate delivery of digital licenses, we require the customer's explicit consent, waiving the 30-day cooling-off period. Once this consent is given, the right to withdraw from the contract will no longer apply. This legal requirement ensures we can prioritize customer satisfaction, and we are always available to support every order without imposing cancellations due to this clause.
