TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Article 1: Ownership of the Website and Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supply, drafted in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, govern the sale services offered on the website www.licensesok.com. The contract is concluded between the company DIALOGA SOLUTIONS LLC, based at 8 The Green, Dover, DE 19901, USA, email: support@licensesok.com, and the individual (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who accesses the pages of the website www.licensesok.com (hereinafter referred to as "Site") and uses the services for purchasing products made available.
The Company and the User are collectively referred to as the "Parties".
The Site is managed by the Company and allows the purchase of digital licenses and other products marketed by the Company.
These Terms and Conditions are binding on the Parties and apply to all Users purchasing one or more products offered on the Site.
By accessing the Site and using the services, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise provided by mandatory law, the User agrees that all contracts, notifications, disclosures, and other communications provided in electronic form satisfy the requirement of written form, when required by law.
Article 2: Subject of the Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products available on the Site.
The Company sells digital licenses through the Site.
Article 3: Prices
The prices of products on the Site are clearly indicated in euros, excluding VAT (reverse charge). For individual customers, the price displayed at checkout is final, while business customers must add VAT according to the country of purchase.
Prices may change over time, but such changes will not affect the price charged to the User at the time of purchase. The only exception is when there are clear pricing errors due to material mistakes.
Article 4: Purchase Methods
To purchase products, the User must add the selected products to the shopping cart, enter the required shipping information, accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Site, and proceed with payment using the available methods, such as Google Pay, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card.
In case of payment via credit card, the User must ensure that their bank is authorized for online transactions.
Payment is considered a purchase proposal. The purchase will be completed when the User receives a confirmation email containing the software activation key and installation instructions.
If issues arise during the purchase process or if there are errors in the provided data, the User may contact support via email at support@licensesok.com. The Company will verify and complete the order unless there are valid reasons to cancel it.
Errors in the provided data are not the responsibility of the Company, which is not liable for any delay in delivery due to such mistakes.
The purchase contracts will be stored electronically by the Company.
Article 5: Promotional Codes
Users who receive a promotional code via newsletter, social networks, or other approved promotional channels may use it during checkout. Each code has a valid start and end date, and this validity period cannot be extended.
Article 6: Customer Service
Customer Service is available as follows:
- Via operator: Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Via digital assistant on WhatsApp or by filling out the online form on the Site, available 24/7.
Article 7: Sales Conditions and Use of the Site
By making a purchase, the User acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. No contract will be considered concluded if errors or discrepancies are found in the order form, such as incorrect data, wrong product selection, or pricing mistakes.
The Company reserves the right to verify the prices and cancel the order in case of incorrect pricing.
In case of delivery issues due to incorrect email addresses, the User will be contacted to resolve the issue or provide a refund.
The User agrees to indemnify the Company and its suppliers from any loss, damage, liability, or expense resulting from claims made against the User for violating applicable laws, third-party rights, or the Terms and Conditions.
The User is solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from improper use of the products sold.
The Company guarantees that the delivered products meet legal requirements regarding usage, reliability, and durability.
The User must inspect the products upon receipt and notify the Company of any non-conformance within 14 days of receipt, by sending an email to info@licensesok.com.
Article 8: Order Shipment
Products will be shipped digitally within a maximum of 2 business days from the purchase date.
Article 9: Quality Seal and Customer Protection
The website www.licensesok.com meets strict quality standards, ensuring secure transactions, as evidenced by the Trustpilot seal (https://it.business.trustpilot.com/).
Article 10: Right of Withdrawal
No right of withdrawal applies in cases where the User is not a consumer.
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the purchase date by sending an email to info@licensesok.com.
The User waives the right to withdraw for digital products not supplied on physical media once execution has begun, as set forth in Article 59, letter o of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
In other cases, the withdrawal notice must be sent within 14 days of the purchase.
The refund will be issued within 14 working days after the withdrawal request.
If the User requested multiple shipments for a single order, the withdrawal period will start upon receipt of the last product.
Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company will issue the refund via the payment method chosen by the User during the order process.
The User has no right of withdrawal in cases of force majeure or other events beyond the Company’s control.
Article 11: Company's Obligations
The Company is not responsible for any damages not directly resulting from a contractual breach.
The Company is not responsible for obligations arising from third parties offering commercial warranties related to the products sold on the Site.
The Company reserves the right to block access to the Site if the law or these Terms and Conditions are violated.
The Company is not liable for delays, service interruptions, or failures caused by force majeure or external events such as internet outages, software/hardware malfunctions, or third-party interventions.
Article 12: Privacy Policy
For more information on how personal data is processed, please refer to the privacy policy available at the bottom of the homepage of the Site.
Article 13: Applicable Law, Dispute Resolution, and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the Court of Milan (Italy), unless the User is a consumer, in which case they may benefit from the protections available in their country of residence.
The User/Consumer may also use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission, accessible at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
Article 14: Links to External Websites
Links to external websites provided by the Company are for informational purposes only. The Company is not responsible for the use of such websites or for the privacy practices on those sites.
Article 15: Duration and Changes
These Terms and Conditions are valid until modified or integrated by the Company. Changes will be binding for the User from the moment they are published on the Site and will apply to sales made after that date.
Article 16: Final Provisions
If any provision is declared invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions will still apply. The Company may disable the User’s access to the Site or suspend product sales if the User violates any of the terms of this agreement.
